It's a collector's edition because we forgot to write the track title "Red Sunflower" on the back. Seriously. But we promise the song is still on the CD.

------------------PHANTOM PAIN-------------------
## Verse 1
With every shallow breath you take
With every gasp of new despair
The darkness is your kink
You tie a noose around disaster
Make it go faster
And all the blatant lies you snort
Drive your every dark deceit
Way up to the highest court
Where the deck is stacked against me, tastefully
## Chorus 1
Take this phantom pain
Take this phantom pain
We the, we the rising masses
We the, we the rebel classes
## Verse 2
The very thought of phantom pain
Bleeding out over the death
Of truth and decency and hope
A fair and balanced take on oppression
Lock step no guessing
## Chorus 2
Take this phantom pain
My, such phantom pain
We the, we the burnt and blasted
Out there, out there lighting matches
## Breakdown
Staring down the, down the barrel of
Your oppressive manipulation
Racing to sell us out
Staring down the, down the barrel of
Your oppressive manipulation
Racing to sell us out
And we'll wait a moment, wait a moment
And we'll wait a moment, wait a lifetime
As we face the breech, face the breech
Staring down the barrel of you
An amazing album 👍🏻
It took me a while to get into Boss Keloid’s groove. I knew intellectually that it was my kinda music but I didn’t take to Melted On The Inch like I thought I would. I think listening to lots of modern jazz limbered me up! This is really complicated prog rock with heavy ass guitars added for street cred. I’m so happy that anyone might consider this band cool. They’re fucking cool to me but music like this has been vilified in the past. All hail the new Gentle Giant! Crinklechips
The Australian prog band channels the chaos of climate change into powerful songs that juxtapose beauty with unpredictable brutality. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 28, 2021
